Terms of Service

The service

Olympian provides automated invoice auditing software for freight brokerages. The service compares carrier invoices against rate confirmations and proof-of-delivery documents and returns a report of exceptions for customer review.

What the service is not

Olympian is a decision-support tool. It surfaces discrepancies and flags items for review. It does not make payment decisions. All payment approvals, disputes, and carrier communications remain your responsibility. No output from Olympian constitutes legal, financial, or accounting advice.

Eligibility

You must be a business entity or an individual acting in a professional business capacity to use this service. By using Olympian, you confirm you have authority to bind your organization to these terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of all documents and data you provide. By using the service, you grant Olympian AI, LLC a limited license to process that data for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim any rights beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the documents you forward to us. Do not forward documents that you don't have permission to share.

Acceptable use

You may not use Olympian to:

• Process documents belonging to parties you do not represent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or probe the underlying systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without written agreement
• Submit fraudulent documents or use the service to facilitate fraud

FMCSA data

Carrier authority verification uses FMCSA's public database. This data is provided as-is. FMCSA records can lag real-world status changes. Olympian is not liable for errors or delays in FMCSA's public data.

Accuracy

The service uses automated extraction and comparison. Document quality, formatting, and legibility affect accuracy. We do not guarantee that every discrepancy will be caught or that every flag will be correct. Review exceptions before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Olympian AI, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

Termination

Either party may terminate use of the service at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data deletion timeline after termination: [DEFINIR]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
