Security
Freight documents contain commercially sensitive information — carrier rates, routing details, shipper relationships. We take that seriously. This page explains plainly where your data goes, who can see it, and what happens when you stop using the service.

Where data is stored
The service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, with data centers located in the United States. We do not intentionally route or store your documents outside the US.

What we retain and for how long
The service processes documents in two stages:
- Raw documents (carrier invoices, rate confirmations, PODs): Processed in memory during extraction. Raw files are not permanently stored after extraction is complete. Temporary storage duration: [DEFINIR]
- Reconciliation output (exception reports): Retained so you can access your audit history. Retention period: [DEFINIR]
- Contact information: Name, company, and email are retained for as long as you're a customer and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
Who can access your data
Only Olympian principals have access to customer data. We do not share your documents, reports, or contact information with any third party for any reason other than operating the service.
Support access: if you contact us about a specific document or result, we may review that record to help resolve your question. We will not access customer data for any other purpose.
There is no shared access between customers. Your documents and reports are isolated from other accounts.
No third-party analytics on customer data
This website has no tracking scripts. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising tools. The processing service does not send your document data to any analytics platform.
Email handling
You forward carrier invoices to a dedicated Olympian processing address. Those emails pass through email infrastructure to reach our system. We do not read email content beyond the invoices you explicitly forward for processing. Forwarded emails are not used for any purpose other than extracting and auditing the invoice they contain.

FMCSA data
Carrier authority verification queries FMCSA's public database. This query includes the carrier's DOT number. No other customer data is sent to FMCSA. FMCSA data is public information maintained by the US Department of Transportation.
When you leave
If you stop using the service and request deletion of your data, we will delete your reconciliation history, contact information, and any retained document data. Deletion will be completed within: [DEFINIR]

Vulnerability disclosure
If you find a security issue, please report it to ramos.lucas@aiolympian.com. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and work to address valid findings promptly.
We don't have a bug bounty program at this time.
