Freight invoices need more than automation

Moving an invoice from an inbox into a payment queue solves document handling. It does not establish that the invoice is correct. Freight invoices can include duplicate submissions, charges that differ from the rate confirmation, unsupported accessorials, carrier identity mismatches, or amounts that require more evidence before payment.

Olympian focuses on that verification layer. The software organizes the record, applies repeatable checks, and presents exceptions with the document or public record that produced the finding.

How we approach the work

  • Evidence before labels. A finding should point back to an invoice, rate confirmation, POD, prior submission, or public authority record.
  • Exceptions before paperwork. Teams should spend attention on decisions, not on re-reading every line of every document.
  • Humans keep authority. Olympian supports payment and dispute decisions; it does not replace customer judgment.
  • Limits stay visible. Missing documents, ambiguous matches, and stale public records should be shown rather than hidden.

What Olympian is not

Olympian is not a carrier, broker, factoring company, accounting firm, law firm, or payment processor. It does not issue operating authority and does not make final payment decisions. It is a document reconciliation and decision-support system.
